We only ship using the USPS First Class or Priority Mail both domestically and internationally. We use their flat rate shipping options that save you money. But from time to time the USPS damages a package and should this happen to you, simply let us know to send a replacement, no charge to you.
We are fortunate that we simply don't get requests to return our products. But should you wish to, the following is our Return Policy.
All domestic returns first must obtain an RMA# through email from us. Please contact us at CSHstore@mail.com (not gmail) to obtain an RMA#. If the box does not have an RMA it will be refused and returned to you. You pay the return shipping and we recommend insurance.
Orders refused by the customer and returned to us will be accepted, but actual shipping costs will not be refunded and a 20% restocking fee applies.
What conditions warrant a return? If you sincerely in good faith don't like our product, by all means send it back (but get the RMA#)! The other option is to request an exchange for another product.
For returns with an RMA, we will refund the purchase price minus the ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES. Our flat rate shipping fee is not what we pay USPS.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to the high expense of shipping.
ANY SHIPMENTS RETURNED BY YOU WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED and will be returned to you if included in the postage paid otherwise the post office will dispose of the package.
ANY SHIPMENTS REFUSED AND RETURNED TO US WILL BE ACCEPTED BUT THE POSTAGE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. A 20% RESTOCKING FEE ALSO APPLIES.
If the order was damaged enroute, an insurance claim will need to be filed, awarded and the shipment reordered if desired.
What we can do on your next order is piggy back replacement items to take advantage of the flat rate shipping of the subsequent order.
